Do you believe that a garden is hard work? If gardening were easy, everyone would be doing it. People love the easy way, the broad road, the smooth road. Gardening is something everyone can do but not everyone wants to do! It requires some work to get it going.
Don’t you know by now that most of the good things in this life require you to put in the effort? If you want a university degree, you have to pay, go to school for years, and study hard and pass all the exams. That’s all work. If you want to retire a millionaire, you have to work hard at your job, save, invest, and after decades, maybe you get to retire a millionaire. If you want to marry the man or woman of your dreams, you have to find her, court her, marry her, and build a happy life with her. It’s work. Gardening is the easier option from all those mentioned. Think about it!
