“People don’t just want flowers,” Ellen says. “They want an experience. They want connection.”

It’s a story echoed by growers like Caitlyn Blackburn, a former HR manager who now grows blooms on Lutes Mountain, or the team at Vanco Farms who turned PEI into a tulip powerhouse.
